YET ANOTHER 70lb COMMON!!!!

Great news reached us this morning of the capture of yet another massive Common!!
The lucky carper was Lee Mottishead who is on his second week of a 2 week stint at Teillatts, he banked the big Common on Sunday evening at 70lb 8oz.
This huge Common is the latest Teillatts whacker to break through the magic 70 pound barrier and was Lee's 24th fish of his trip. Lee had barely stopped shaking from excitement when he followed the biggie up with a 51lb mirror this morning, not bad fishing i think you would agree, no wonder he did the washing up for jake this morning.
Since September there have been some fantastic individual catches by Cross Channel Carpers with multiple catches of 50's and 60's being recorded,
with 4 weeks still to go we're sure there will be more headline news to report.
