It's Fishing It's N***s Off!!

It's semms that Jake our new Bailiff has brought the anglers on the last few weeks some good luck.
During his first week at the helm the lake produced 110 carp including 4 over 60 to 69.8, 9 over 50 including 2 59's and 28 40's and 40 30's not bad eh...
Some of the highlights were Jack Moore fishing in biffo's with 19 fish on the bank that included 4 40's to 49lb, a 50.8 common and a 61.14 mirror!! that's a quality haul in anybody's eyes well done Jack. Also Dad Steve next door in New Biff's took 17 fish including 2 40’s and the General at 65.14!! that's got to be a father and son record, congratulations.
Also Young Dan fishing in the 'Double' had 10 fish 3 40s a 50 and a mirror of 60.4, sounds like a great catch.
Mark Banks struggled all week with hook pulls but eventually managed to land 5 fish topped by a 48.8 and 4 30s, he also managed an epic battle with a 71lb catfish, rather him than me, well done mark.
Occasional carper Joe bonner was struggling his way towards a blank on friday when after a pep talk from jake returned to his swim after a shower and proceeded to land a massive common of 69.8!! further proof to all of us that 'it's not over till your sitting on the coach', well done Joe.
Nigel fishing on the field bank took 2 50s and 3 40s cartainly not to be sniffed at.
Also Jason Power took 15 fish including 2 50's 58lb common and 50 mirror and 3 40’s top class carping.
Tony Smith had 2 50s includeed in his catch and son Charlie had 2 carp of 47lb.

For those i have not mentioned i appologise but sometimes there is so much happening it's hard to get the names and sizes put together.

In Short this Summer has seen some World class Carping at Teillatts and it's getting better already this week there has been a 70 out and plenty of other whackers.
